Ring die and roller
The ring die is made of stainless steel, and its wear resistance is improved by carburizing heat treatment.
The press roller has an eccentric shaft, which can adjust the distance between the ring die and the press roller. The aim is to achieve the best feed pressing results while minimizing wear and tear.
The ring die opening rate of RICHI sheep feed pellet machine reaches 100%, which can guarantee the output of the pellet granulator. The diameter of the die hole is 2-12mm, which is also the diameter of the final sheep pellet.
The ring die compression ratio of sheep feed is 1:3.5 to 1:13, which determines the hardness of the feed pellets and can be customized according to the feeding habits and digestive capacity of the sheep.
Variable frequency feeder
Siemens variable frequency motor is used to adjust the feeding speed of powder feed. This can prevent blockage of the sheep goat feed pellet machine, and also avoid wasting power caused by idling of the machine.
