How does biomass pelletizer work?
RICHI MZLH biomass pelletizer is used to press the crushed biomass raw materials into high-density biomass pellet fuels, which is generally used in the pelletizing section of biomass pellet production line. The crushed materials are fed into the anti-arching feeder through the feeding screw conveyor, and then evenly into the chute. And then under the action of the forced feeder, the materials are sent into the granulation chamber. After extrusion by ring die and rollers, the biomass pellets are extruded from the ring die holes and finally cut into the desired length by the cutter.
