Raw grain storage system
Equipment: Steel silo with the capacity of 500 tons.
Accept and cleaning system
Equipment: Inlet hopper, centralized dust removal system(pulse dust collector, air lock, draught fan), drum-type precleaner, permanent magnetic sleeve, etc.
Crushing System
Equipment: SFSP Hammer mill (66*80, 110kw). Stock bin before crushing, Impeller feeder, negative pressure ventilation system (draught fan, pulse dust collector, settling chamber, anti-wind conveyor), etc.
Automatic batching system

For example, broilers need 18%-20% of protein, laying hens need protein 16%-18%, and native chickens need high-fiber, low-energy, low-protein feed. The auto-batching system can input each formula into the computer, which can realize the switch of different formulas.
Animal feed pellet mill and the auxiliary equipment in pelletizing system
The animal feed processing plant uses RICHI SZLH420 animal feed pellet machine, the capacity is 8-12T/H and the main power is 110KW. The SZLH 420 animal feed pellet machine is equipped with a lifting device that makes it easier to exchange ring molds. Besides, chickens at different growth stages need different sizes of pellet feed, which can be produced by replacing the ring mold of the feed pellet machine, and the ring mold size is from 1.5mm to 12mm.
Tublar magnet and powder cleaning machine are used to absorb iron scraps and remove impurities from powder materials. Therefore, the feed pellet machine is protected and the quality of pellet feed is improved.
In addition, pneumatic triple three way can convey the evenly mixed animal mash feeds directly into the packing system or into the stock bin before pelleting. This is where the Uzbek customer’s demand for powders and pellets is fulfilled.

Raw grain silo is also a steel silo, is a vertical container for storing grains, can be adjusted for feed production plants and short-term storage of production raw materials, can also be used as a long-term storage of grain warehouse. The trucks bring in the grain, clean it, remove impurities, remove iron, and enter the silo.
