RICHI’s chief engineer has nearly 40 years of industry experience and leads 100+ professional technical engineers to continuously drive technological innovation and engineering applications in pelleting equipment.
Mr. Li Jing, Chief Engineer of RICHI, has been deeply involved in the field of pelleting equipment for nearly 40 years, participating in equipment research and development, optimization, and engineering applications. From single-machine equipment development to complete line engineering design, he possesses extensive experience in mechanical structure optimization, equipment performance improvement, and project implementation. He frequently visits project construction sites around the world to provide technical guidance to clients and personally participates in production line construction and operational improvements.

RICHI’s animal feed production line business covers poultry feed, livestock feed, ruminant feed, premixed feed, etc., and can produce pelleted feed, powdered feed, etc., with a capacity of 1-120T/H. It supports the processing of various raw materials and the precision production of various formula feeds.
Aquatic feed production line
RICHI’s aquatic feed production line covers floating fish feed, sinking fish feed, shrimp and crab feed, specialty aquatic feed, and pet food. It is suitable for the production of various fish such as tilapia, catfish, crucian carp, eel, and ornamental fish, as well as various pet foods such as cat and dog food, and supports a capacity of 0.5-20T/H.
Biomass pellet production line
RICHI’s biomass pellet production line covers the processing of various biomass raw materials such as wood, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, bamboo chips and other agricultural waste. Multiple crushing processes can crush logs into sawdust, supporting a capacity of 1-40T/H.
Organic fertilizer production line
The organic fertilizer production line covers the fields of livestock and poultry manure, agricultural waste, bio-organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer, and supports various raw materials such as chicken manure, cow manure, pig manure, straw, sludge, and mushroom residue, with a capacity of 1-60T/H.
Animal bedding production line
RICHI’s animal bedding production lines cover wood chip bedding, straw bedding, pulp bedding, and pet bedding, and are suitable for the pet industry, including stables, cattle farms, poultry farms, and cat litter production, with a capacity ranging from 1 to 40 tons per hour.

1995——Focus on the research and development of pellet equipment and start the road to brand development
Founded in 1995, RICHI Manufacture focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of pellet processing equipment. It continuously conducts technical research around core processes such as crushing, mixing, and pelletizing, and gradually establishes a production system covering the design, manufacturing, and quality control of single equipment, laying a solid technical and manufacturing foundation for the company’s development.
2000 – Continuously improve the product system and enrich equipment categories
Over the past five years, the research and development and manufacturing of core equipment have progressed smoothly. The next five-year plan is to focus on the entire particle processing process, and gradually improve core equipment such as crushing, drying, mixing, granulation, cooling and packaging, so as to gradually form a product system covering the entire production line.
2005 – Layout of complete plant projects, providing one-stop solutions
Between 1995 and 2005, as its product line continued to improve, RICHI began to transform from supplying single equipment to providing complete plant engineering services. It can provide customers with complete solutions such as process design, equipment configuration, plant layout, installation and commissioning to meet the construction needs of feed mills of different sizes.
2008 – Promoting intelligent manufacturing and improving equipment quality
Following its foray into the feed sector, RICHI has begun to expand into the biomass sector, while continuously upgrading its production and manufacturing processes, introducing advanced processing equipment, optimizing its quality management system, and constantly improving the precision of equipment manufacturing, assembly quality, and overall operational stability to ensure the delivery of global projects.
